Lavender & Oak specializes in unique Mystery Boxes created through our mystery scoop process.

Customers may select from Single, Double, or Triple Mystery Boxes.

Each measured scoop contains beads or charms that correspond to merchandise from our displayed collection.

Because each scoop is unique, the exact number, assortment, colors, styles, and designs of items may vary.

Mystery Boxes may include stationery, accessories, beauty tools, self-care items, home accents, and other merchandise.

Product photographs are examples of merchandise that may be included and do not guarantee specific items.

By purchasing a Mystery Box, customers acknowledge that they are purchasing a surprise assortment rather than selecting individual products.

All orders will be fulfilled according to the product description and applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, and pricing.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be completed through an accepted checkout method before an order is processed.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lavender & Oak currently ships within the United States.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing, preparation, and shipment.

Our standard shipping rates are:

• Single Mystery Box — $8

• Double Mystery Box — $8

• Triple Mystery Box — FREE standard shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $95 or more.

Express shipping is available for $15 where applicable.

Standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express shipping generally takes approximately 1–2 business days after shipment.

Including our maximum processing allowance, estimated total delivery times are approximately 8–10 business days for Standard Shipping and 6–7 business days for Express Shipping.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will notify customers and provide applicable cancellation or refund options as required by law.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because Lavender & Oak Mystery Boxes contain surprise assortments selected through our scoop process, we do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on item selection, color, style, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Photographs of damaged merchandise and packaging may be requested.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care, beauty, and cosmetic products generally cannot be returned unless required by law.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted before an order has been prepared or shipped. Once preparation or shipment has occurred, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by law.
